តំបន់ហៅថា "ត្រីកោណអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ កម្ពុជា-លាវ-យៀកណាម"

The so-called "Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Development Triangle" / តំបន់ហៅថា "ត្រីកោណអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ កម្ពុជា-លាវ-យៀកណាម"

1-Kh/- នៅមុខអស្ថិរភាព នៃស្ថានភាពភូមិសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ ក្នុងតំបន់ យួនយៀកណាមបានពន្លឿន កិច្ចអាណានិគមរបស់ខ្លួន នៃតំបន់ហៅថា "ត្រីកោណអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ កម្ពុជា-លាវ-យៀកណាម" ដែលគេ បានបង្កើតឡើង នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៩៩។ នៅឆ្នាំ២០១៨ថ្មីៗនេះ ក្រុងហាណូយបាន"ស្នើ"ឲ្យពង្រីកត្រីកោណ ហ្នឹង ទៅលើដែនដីទាំងមូល នៃប្រទេសទាំងបី" តែម្តងទៅ ។ គេបានសំរេចចិត្ត រួចស្រេចទៀតឲ្យធ្វើ “ការតភ្ជាប់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៃប្រទេសទាំង៣ និងការតភ្ជាប់គ្នា នៃស្ថាប័នផ្សេងៗ ព្រមទាំងទំនាក់ទំនងមនុស្ស ផង”។ សេចក្តីប្រាថ្នារបស់ ហូ ជី មិញ ឲ្យបង្កើត"ឥណ្ឌូចិនយួន"នោះ នឹងបានក្លាយជាការពិត នាពេល ដ៏ខ្លី ខាងមុខនេះ។  អត្ថបទ ដែលភ្ជាប់មកនេះ គឺជាការសិក្សា របស់លោក ឌី ការ៉េត ប្រធាន គណៈកម្មាធិការ ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា ដែលមានមូលដ្ឋាន នៅប្រទេសបារាំង។

2-Fr/  Devant l'instabilité de la situation géopolitique de la région, le Vietnam a accéléré sa colonisation du soi-disant Triangle de Développement Cambodge-Laos-Vietnam qu'il a mis en place en 1999. En mars 2018, Hanoï a même "proposé" d'étendre carrément ledit Triangle à "l'ensemble du territoire des trois pays". L'on décide déjà de préparer "la connectivité des trois économies, la connectivité en matière institutionnelle, ainsi que la connexion humaine"... Le vœu de Ho Chi Minh pour une Indochine vietnamienne devrait se réaliser dans un proche avenir. L'étude ci-jointe est de M. Dy Kareth, Président du Comité des Frontières du Cambodge basé en France.

3-Ang/ Faced with the instability of the geopolitical situation in the region, Vietnam has accelerated its colonization of the so-called "Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Development Triangle" which it set up in 1999. In March 2018, Hanoi even "proposed" to extend squarely the said Triangle to "the whole territory of the three countries". They have already decided to prepare "the connectivity of the three economies, connectivity in institutional matters, as well as human connection" ...
